You’ll learn strategies for:

  • Getting the support you need so you don’t end up responsible for doing everything yourself,
  • Healing the wounds that make it hard for you to say no,
  • Setting boundaries so you can make sure your cup never runs dry.

Each day you’ll watch a short video lesson and then spend time focusing on reflection and building your plan for Taking Time for Self Care.
